We are a niche consultancy providing service of the highest quality to clients and candidates alike, with in depth market knowledge gained from working and living in the area for several years.

Sally Robinson, the Managing Director of TVL, has specialised in legal recruitment within the Thames Valley and surrounding area since 2000. Most recently she set up, and ran, the Reading office of a well known regional recruitment agency for two years.

Sally is herself a qualified solicitor. She completed her training in Reading and went on to practice for three years with leading regional firms Bevan Ashford (now Bevan Brittan) and Mills & Reeve as a defendant clinical negligence solicitor. Sally went to Reading University where she read law before passing the legal practice course at the College of Law in Guildford. She lives near Reading.
